(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) Seeking a direction to fix an early date for final disposal of the above habeas corpus petition, the present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed.

This Court does not find any sufficient reason to fix an early date for final disposal of H.C.P.No.770 of 2022.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

However, the Registry is directed to post the main habeas corpus petition for final hearing on 11.10.2022.
