Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to unlock the Savings Bank A/c.No.11361352122 of the petitioner, so as to enable the petitioner to withdraw his salary amount of Rs.99,000/- (Rupees Ninety nine thousand only) and subsequent operation on every month.

With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to unlock the Savings Bank A/c.No.11361352122 of the petitioner, so as to enable the petitioner to withdraw his salary amount of Rs.99,000/- (Rupees Ninety nine thousand only) and subsequent operation on every month.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has given written instruction, which clearly states that they have not freezed the accounts given below and the petitioner had due on the said three loan accounts, which are mentioned hereunder:

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to withhold Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only)from the petitioner's Savings Account towards repayment of three loans and also the petitioner is permitted to operate the account in future.

5. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
