ORDER

Both petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time to file counter and has made objection to allow the petitions.

3. However, considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred ) each, totalling to Rs.1,000/- by the petitioners to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 29.07.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 30.07.2025, if the same is otherwise in order. If the costs is not paid on or before 29.07.2025, both the CMPS stand dismissed without any reference to this Court.
