JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 15.04.2025 made in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.S.No.72 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Court, Dharmapuri.

2. When the matter is posted today, Joint Compromise Memo entered into between the appellant/plaintiff and respondents/defendants is submitted before this court is recorded.

3. The terms of joint compromise memo shall form part of the judgment. As per the terms of Compromise memo, both the parties agreed to withdraw their cases pending before other courts and also agreed to exchange some two items of the property in the name of the plaintiff.

4. The learned Regional Transport Authority, Dharmapuri, is directed to give effect to the order of this Court which is based on the terms of compromise entered into between the parties. 2\4

5. Final decree in the suit is ordered to be passed as per terms of the Compromise decree within 6 weeks. The parties are directed to pay court fees as per the Rules. There shall be no order as to costs.
