This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20163 of 2022 on 25.08.2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 25.08.2022 with condition to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners started to comply the condition only from 02.09.2022 and they have refused to co-operate for the investigation with the respondent Police and now they approached this Court for relaxation of the condition. Hence, he vehemently opposed for modification.

Crl.M.P.No.14208 of 2022 3.This Court has earlier directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police for a period of six weeks. However it is reported by the learned Government Advocate that they have not co-operated for investigation with the respondent Police. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
