This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit in the representative capacity on behalf of all the persons, who attended the general body meeting of the applicant, which was conducted at Singa Perumal Kovil on 29.06.2019.

2. Considering the nature of the grievance of the plaintiff/ applicant, this application is allowed permitting the plaintiff to file the suit in representative capacity for all the members of the applicant, who attended the general body meeting that was held on 29.06.2019 at Singa Peruma Kovil. The applicant is directed to cause publication in one issue of "Indian Express" and "Thinathanthi" informing the persons, who attended the meeting held on 29.06.2019 that such a suit has been instituted in the representative capacity and also informing them that they would be at liberty to apply to the Court to be made as party to the suit.
