This petition is filed to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mrs.R.Anitha,, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5.

Learned Special Government Pleader wants to give-up respondent 6, as he is not a main contesting respondent.

The said submission is recorded.

Though the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 5 opposes this petition to condone the delay, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are inclined to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the appeal. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
