ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from running/establishing the TASMAC Shop No.8819 at 3rd Street, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Thiruvottiyur High Road, Ernavoor, Chennai - 57 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for larger relief, taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2019 and without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondents 2 and 3, as the case may be, to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
