2. Mr.V.Raghupathi, learned counsel, adverting to paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the support affidavit submits that there was some difficulty on the part of handling counsel.

3. Without elaborating on the same, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for i.e., delay condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
