The Petition in C.M.P.No.19468 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 419 days in representing in C.M.A.Sr.No.90352 of 2021.

2. The Petition in C.M.P.No.19469 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 512 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.2,750/- in the above CMA.

3.Ms.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents/claimants in both the petitions.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

5.Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) each, to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, since the delay is enormous. Hence, these petitions are ordered as prayed for with the above cost. 6.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course by printing the name of Ms.Ramya V.Rao as learned counsel for the respondents.
