To permit the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu to carry out the repair and renovation works at No.1, Narasingapuram, Mylapore, Chennai at the cost of Rs.9.76,804/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Seventy Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Four only) by engaging the builder namely Saravana Builders, No.42/119, Marshall's Road, Marshall's Enclave, Egmore, Chennai 8 and to meet the said expenses from the accumulation 1/4
funds that belongs to Kadapakkam Charities and which relate to the financial year 2020 - 2021.
O R D E R
This application has been filed by the learned Administrator General & Official Trustee seeking permission to carry out the repair and renovation works at No.1, Narasingapuram, Mylapore, Chennai at the cost of Rs.9.76,804/-.
2. It is seen that the House occupied by the care taker of the Samadhi, which is in the custody of the Administrator General & Official Trustee, is in despair and needs immediate renovation. The Expenses are sought to be defrayed out of the funds of the Trust viz. Kadapakkam Charities.
3. Accepting the report of the Administrator General & Official Trustee, Administrator General & Official Trustee is permitted to carry out the repair and renovation works at a cost of Rs.9,76,804/- by engaging M/s. Saravana Builders, No.42/119, Marshall's Road, Marshall's Enclave, 2/4
