O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order and decreetal order dated 14.12.2018 passed in E.P. No.10 of 2013 in O.S.No.87 of 2001 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted a letter dated 30.11.2022 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above Second Appeal for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up 2/4

today for hearing, the learned counsel for revision petitioner appeared and submitted that the matter was settled between the parties in the trial court itself. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. stands closed.
