A. No.4052 of 2024 G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN. J., The present application has been filed by the applicants to extend the period for arbitration to enable the arbitrator to complete the arbitration process and pass an award.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to extend the time.

3. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of six months from today.
