ORDER

Mr. Pramod Kumar Chopda takes notice on behalf of the respondent. The petitioner has challenged the impugned show cause notice dated 24.06.2019 on the ground that giving without an opportunity to the petitioner to file a reply to the respondent issued notice for the personal hearing.

2. It is further submitted that the notice was issued as early as 24.06.2019 but no order have been passed till date further the respondents cannot proceed with the impugned show cause notice.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned senior standing counsel for the respondent. I have perused the impugned show cause notice. There is no merits in their writ petition as the petitioner has not replied to the show cause https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice the petitioner is therefore directed to participate in the impugned show cause proceedings before the respondent by filing a reply within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent shall pass an appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing within the period of two months thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. Consequently connected writ miscellaneous petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
