PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents or their men, agents not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of business in "M/s.BRIGHT SPA" at bearing Door No.64/97, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kellys Kilpauk, Chennai -10".

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents and their agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business in "M/s.BRIGHT SPA" at bearing Door No.64/97, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kellys Kilpauk, Chennai -10".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that this writ petition has been filed as if the petitioner resides at Door No.70, Mallan Ponnappan Street, Triplicane and she was conducting business at Door No.64/97, Medavakkam Tank Road, Kellys Kilpauk, Chennai -10, and the respondents interfered with her profession. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that the Inspector of Police G3, Kilpauk Police Station, have enquired the owner of the property at Door No.70, Mallan Ponnappan Street, Triplicane and he was informed that the petitioner had vacated the premises about 13 years ago. It is further stated that the property bearing Door No.64/97, Medavakkam Tank Road consists of six residential flats and the petitioner is not running business in the place.

5. In the light of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
