Respondent PRAYER:- Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to extend the time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate in Crl.MP.No.787 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crime No.238 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagir in Crime No.238 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court, had granted anticipatory bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate within three weeks from the date of this order. He further submits that the petitioner was unable to comply the conditions due to Covid 19 period. Hence, he sought for extension of time for the above said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the time is granted to the petitioner for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain intact.
