Challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 30.08.2022 issued by the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the document has been registered and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
