ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondent from erecting bus stop on the exit way of the petitioner's petrol bunk, situated at Door No.125, Chengundram Salai (Redhills Road), Ambattur, Chenai - 600 053.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the Corporation / respondents 2 and 3.
3. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 / Corporation that the respondents 2 & 3 / Corporation have put up the bus shelter in a different place and they have no proposal to erect bus shelter in the exit way of the petitioner's petrol bunk.
4. Recording the statement of the learned standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 / Corporation, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
