2.Despite notice being served on the proposed respondents, no one has represented them. It is stated that the proposed parties are the alienees who have obtained the Sale Deed during the pendency of the proceedings before the Lower Appellate Court and hence, they are also proper parties to the appeal.

3.Hence, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
