Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Communication issued by the 2nd respondent in C.No.IV/06/818/2020-TRC dated 26.10.2021 and quash the same and 1/4

further direct the respondents to accept the payment of the determined amount of Rs.2,15,08,342-00 under Form SVLRDS-3 issued by the 1st respondent dated 20.02.2020 and issue Discharge Certificate in Form SVLDRS-4 and thus render justice.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a typographical error has been crept in the order dated 21.01.2025 in W.P. No. 25684 of 2021. It is submitted that in paragraph 8 of the order, instead of Rs.16,08,342/-, the amount should be Rs.2,15,08,342/-.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondents also confirms the same.

4. Considering the same, registry is directed to carry out the necessary 2/4

correction in the order dated 21.01.2025 in W.P. No.25684 of 2021 and issue a fresh order copy.
