This petition has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the fixed deposit amount with accrued interest lying to the credit of M.C.O.P. No. 212 of 2007 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Additional Special Judge), Krishnagiri together with interest.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is undergoing dialysis regularly as his kidneys have been damaged. The document issued by Manipal Hospital has been produced before this Court to show that the victim has been undergoing dialysis. 3.

In view of the above condition of the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the entire amount lying in deposit. The petition is ordered accordingly.
