ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 27.09.2021 preferred against the order dated 03.09.2021 passed by the second respondent in D.P. No.2 of 2019.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted that the petitioner's appeal dated 27.09.2021 has already been dismissed vide proceedings dated 08.06.2023 of the first respondent. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.06.2023 of the first respondent, if so advised. Costs made easy.
