The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2019. 2.

This Court perused the representation dated 29.06.2019, in which the petitioner made a request to the enquiry officer to answer his queries and thereafter proceed with the enquiry. However, it seems that the enquiry officer on 22.07.2019, after conducting enquiry filed a detailed report to the competent authority. The second show cause notice was issued on 25.07.2019. sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted as it has become infructuous.

However, this Court has not expressed any opinion and the the petitioner is directed to file an explanation to the second show cause notice and if any reply is given, the competent authority may pass appropriate orders based on explanation of the petitioner.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
