This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16967 of 2022 on 02.08.2022 to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.30 p.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, his Court finds no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
