ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to file false case against him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, on the file of the first respondent, three FIRs have been registered against the petitioner and two complaints were in CSR stage. On the other hand based on the complaint given by the petitioner against one Duraibabu and Usha, the first respondent police has conducted an enquiry in CSR No.479 of 2019 and in respect of the same, the first respondent has issued summon. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the said submission and in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, the question of not to harass does not arise.
