(CRIME NO.1332 OF 2011) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 09.04.2018 made in S.C.NO.313/2012 on the file of the IV Additional District and Session Court Coimbatore and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.443 of 2019. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
