ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second, third, fourth and fifth respondent namely The Block Development Officer (V.P) Nallur, The President, Pe.Ponneri Vllage Panchayat, The Assistant Executive Engineer Highways, Tittagudi and The Inspector of Police, Pennadam, to remove the health Hazards of beef fry, pork fry and manure dumps providing clean roads as requested by the petitioner in the representation dated 28.02.2020, 23.03.2020, 23.09.2020, 05.11.2020 and 05.07.2024 within a stipulated time as specified by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
