including the name of the petitioner the village register measure the house site of 3 cents of land under occupation and possession of the petitioner for over 30 years in SF No.33 Pothiramangalam Village of Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her request for grant of patta in respect of land situated in S.F.No.33, Pothiramangalam Village of Tittagudi, Cuddalore District, by considering her representation dated 01.07.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property for the past 50 years by putting up a superstructure thereon. The petitioner submitted a representation on 01.07.2024 before the third respondent seeking issuance of patta in her name, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
