This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025.

2. The petitioner is holding a stage carriage permit or the route Sennimalai to Pandamangalam and in two independent singles between Pandamangalam to Tiruchengode, in respect of Vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN34-W-0488. Similarly, the 3rd respondent is also holding permit for the route Erode to Karur via Pallipalayam, Veppadi, Angur and Tiruchengode, in respect of vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN28-AY-2880. The 3rd respondent was operating the stage carriage in violation of permit conditions affecting the operation of petitioner's stage carriage and the same was brought to the knowledge of the first respondent, through the representation dated 11.06.2025, for appropriate action. However, the first respondent did not take any action. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. With consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
