O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the second respondent herein in NaKa.No.542-1/Thu.Ka.Ma.Vi/Ee/2021 dated 27.09.2021 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, this Court observed that the confiscation proceedings have been completed by proceedings dated 27.09.2021 and the vehicle has been purchased by some person in the auction and this Court by order dated 28.10.2022 directed the petitioner to implead the auction purchaser in this writ petition. But so far, the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the 3rd party auction purchaser.

3. Under these circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
