The petitioner is presently working as Canteen Clerk. The petitioner made a claim for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant in Kallakurichi Co-operative Sugar Mills Limited. The second respondent submitted a proposal to the first respondent vide proceedings dated 23.09.2005. However, there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent. The petitioner, is therefore, before this court.
2. There is no dispute that the application made by the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant was recommended by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 23.09.2005. The petitioner having found that the first respondent failed to take any action in the matter submitted a subsequent representation on 25.02.2012. The said representation is stated to be pending on the file of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 25.02.2012 submitted by the petitioner, in the light of the recommendation made by the second respondent vide proceedings dated 23.09.2005. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
