ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to implement the order dated 24.08.2023 made in Mu.Mu.2520/2023/F passed by the second respondent, and ensure safety and security for our dignified life as per Section 3 r/w 4(2) and (3) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and Rule 20 of the said Rules, 2009 by taking action against the respondents 5 and 6 by considering the petitioners' representations dated 10.01.2024, 14.06.2024, 18.06.2024 and 18.07.2024.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. In view of the interim direction passed by this Court dated 05.09.2024, the respondents 5 and 6 partly complied with the order and insofar as the
interference of the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment in their residence is concerned, whenever the 5th and 6th respondents violated the said condition, the petitioners are at liberty to lodge a complaint. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
