This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that originally the petitioner had filed a suit through his power agent and the suit has been rejected.

Challenging the same, the petitioner himself has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.
