ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the first respondent to forward the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 to the second respondent and to dispose of the same within the stipulated time. It is seen that the petitioner sought directions to the first respondent to forward his representation to the first respondent and dispose of the same. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation has already been forwarded to the second respondent and summons also issued to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 30.07.2025 for enquiry. 2/4

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
