ORDER

Heard Mr.S.L.Venkatesan, the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and Mr.Rahul for Dr.T.Seenivasan, the learned Special Government Pleader for R5.

2.The reason for the Writ Petition being dismissed for default was on account of the fact that the counsel for the petitioners was sick and not in a position to appear before the Court. The reasons are convincing. Hence, I am inclined to condone the delay. The delay of 140 days is condoned. Registry is directed to number the restoration petition. Mr.S.L.Venkatesan shall serve the entire set of papers in the Writ Petition to Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal and Dr.T.Seenivasan before the next date of hearing. 30-01-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order ep
