This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Cr. No.12 of 2015 on the file of the Land Grabbing Police Station, Thiruvallur District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
