ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent stating that in his absence, service connection given to his agricultural land was disconnected. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the petitioner to send a copy of the representation along with this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed pass orders on the said representation dated 12.12.2915, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the third party, if any, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
