The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations dated 15.07.2024, 29.07.2024 & 01.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a time fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, the property situated in S.No.388/2 Alambalur Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District, originally belongs to her grand father Sengon and during his life time there was a partition and half of the property was allotted to the petitioner and the other half allotted to the share of petitioner's paternal uncle Velayutham. Even during life time of petitioner's grand father mutation had taken place in revenue records in favour of petitioner. One Sulochana and others claiming themselves as children of 2/5
petitioner's father got their name included in revenue records and got joint patta without notice to petitioner. The petitioner submitted various representation to the official respondents seeking issuance of separate patta. The last representation was on 01.08.2024 and the same has not been considered so far.
3. Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the request of the petitioner for issuance of separate patta would be considered, after issuing notice to the rival claimants.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2024 and pass final orders, within a period of 8 weeks from today, after issuing necessary notice to the respondents 4 to 7 and other interested parties.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
