(Obs & Gynaec) course on 20.04.2016 at the 3rd respondent college along with her post Graduation Certificates.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to return all the original certificates of the petitioner that were submitted by her at the time of her admission to M.S. (Obs & Gynaec) course on 20.04.2016 at the 3rd respondent college along with her post Graduation Certificates.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to return all the original certificates which were submitted at the time of admission and also graduation certificates to the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that all the certificates will be returned to the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate, this court directs the third respondent to return all the original certificate which were submitted at the time of admission as well as her graduation certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
