This Petition has been filed to direct the Investigation Officer to include 36 personss as accused in Cr.No.401 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kangeyam Police Station.
2. On perusal of the Materials this Court found that a case in counter has been registered in Cr.No.403 of 2019 and the Petitioner has arrayed as an accused in Cr.No.403 of 2013 which is said to be the counter case.
3. Now the relief is sought in the Petition is a direction to the Investigating Officer to include about 36 persons as accused in Cr.No.401 of 2019. This court is afraid of such prayer. It is for the Investigating Officer to investigate the matter and finally come to the definite conclusion as to the participation and commission of alleged crime by the persons and thereafter include them as accused. The Petitioner cannot seek a direction to the investigating officer to include some persons as accused in each and every case. Such direction cannot be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
