O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.87634/2002/C2 dated 20.04.2016 passed by the second respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has rightly pointed out that though the order impugned is per-se illegal, he has already filed a statutory appeal, before the first respondent on 10.06.2016. It is further submitted that in similar circumstances, in respect of the very same offence the Superior officer has already filed an appeal and got stay.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be directed to dispose of the appeal, within a stipulated period.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the appellate authority, i.e. the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, dated 10.06.2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
