ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2022 and 18.07.2022 for carrying out the repairs which are absolutely necessary for the petitioner to carry on business at Shop No1, Shopping Complex, 3rd Avenue, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020, within a stipulated time of two weeks.

2. The writ petitioner is a tenant under the first respondent. It is the case of the petitioner that now the building is in dilapidated condition and same requires immediate renovation. In this regard the petitioner has also given a representation to the respondents dated 18.07.2022. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. 2/4

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2022 and take action as per law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 03.01.2023 vrc To
