It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, that the claim of the applicant has been settled by the respondent subsequent to the Advocate Commissioner having re-possessed the vehicle from the respondent. On settlement, the vehicle has also been returned to the respondent by the applicant. The Advocate Commissioner has also filed the report before this Court confirming that the vehicle was repossessed by him earlier. He also seeks for payment of additional remuneration.

2. Since the matter has been settled out of Court, this application is closed. However, since the Advocate Commissioner has executed the Warrant of Commission, the applicant is directed to pay the additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
