By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that apart from the possession of agricultural land in S.No.78/1 admeasuring to an extent of 75 cents in Arankanur Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, she had also purchased an extent of 25 cents of land in Natham Poromboke land in S.No.79/2 situate in the very same village and claims to have paid "B" Memo charges and other statutory levies https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in the form of representation dated 25.02.2016, to the respondents prayed for issuance of patta in respect of the Natham Poromboke land and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Rajesh Kanna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in her representation or in this writ petition, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
