ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to fix a stipulated time frame for the expedite disposal of the trial in the above C.C.No.296 of 2015 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.296 of 2015 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
