PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, prayed to extend the time to execute the sureties' as condition made in Crl.O.P.No.19532 of 2021 vide order dated 12.10.2021 in Crime No.2119 of 2021.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed copy application in Crl.O.P.No.19532 of 2021 dated 12.10.2021. On 28.10.2021, due to the fact that the Pooja Holidays and Covid restrictions are placed, he could not file the copy application next day on the order passed by this Court.

2. On verifications from the Registry, the learned counsel for the petitioners came to know that there had been confusion regarding the names of the Accused in respect of the name of the father of accused. Therefore, the order was not uploaded.

3. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner was admitted in Hospital on 23.10.2021 and was discharged on 28.10.2021. Therefore, there had been delay in complying the condition.

4. Before expiry of condition period for complying the order, this petition is filed to extend the period for complying the conditional order. The reasons put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioner is found acceptable. Therefore, the extension of time is granted for two weeks from today. At the same time, further extension of time will not be granted.
