ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Police Department Notice, bearing No.Nil of 2019, dated 05.08.2019, issued by the respondent, quash the same. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police are not insisting for the presence of the petitioner, pursuant to the notice issued to him and based on the materials collected by the respondent police, an FIR is going to be registered in this case.

3. In view of the specific stand taken by the respondent police, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the FIR registered by the respondent police, it is left open to her to challenge the same, if so advised.
