Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsels for the petitioners and the second respondent submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and have reduced it into writing and filed a joint memo of compromise signed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.21496 and 22040 of 2019 and the de facto complainant in Crl.O.P.Nos.21496 and 22040 of 2019 along with their respective counsels. The said memo of compromise is taken on record.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners require seven weeks time to execute the terms of the compromise.

3. Call these matters on 08.08.2023, under the caption for "reporting compliance".

4. Meanwhile, the interim order already granted by this Court shall continue till then.
