This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment passed in M.C.O.P.No.8626 of 2015, dated 05.03.2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chennai (Principal Special Judge, Special Court under E.C. & NDPS Act, Chennai). 2.Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. 3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same on 18.07.2023.
