This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error, at the end of paragraph No. 3 of the order, i.e. while typing 'the Appeal filed by the respondent', it has been wrongly typed as 'petitioner' and therefore, the said mistake may be rectified. 3.Heard Mr.V.Sundareswaran, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said sentence shall be substituted as follows: "3............This submission made by the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record, and the Appeal filed by the respondent may be dealt with, by some other Commissioner of Customs after a new incumbent is appointed to the said post."
